Dr. Williams Saraiva is a dedicated general dentist proudly serving the Panorama City, California community. Known for his commitment to advanced dental techniques and patient-centered care, Dr. Saraiva combines modern technology with a gentle approach to deliver outstanding results for patients of all ages.
He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), and the Orange County Dental Society (OCDS). Throughout his career, he has held notable leadership roles, including Director of the Brazilian Dental Association and Founder and President of the Brazilian Society of Oral Implantology (SOBRAIMO). He has also taught as a clinical surgeon through various schools and organizations, further reflecting his passion for education and innovation in dentistry.
Dr. Saraiva provides comprehensive dental services—including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and implant-focused care—tailored to meet each patient’s needs with precision and compassion. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his four children and researching new technologies to enhance patient care.
Dr. Chul Byun is a highly experienced dentist with years of service to the Panorama City community, known for his gentle, compassionate, and high-quality care. A graduate of UNIMEP Dental School in Brazil (D.D.S., 1984), he is committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered dentistry.
Fluent in Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and English, Dr. Byun connects easily with patients from all backgrounds, creating a calm and comfortable experience.
He specializes in Restorative Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, and high-quality Endodontic treatments (root canals), providing precise, gentle, and effective care directly in our office.
With over 23 years of private practice experience, Dr. Byun is dedicated to making every visit comfortable, informative, and tailored to each patient’s unique needs—helping them achieve healthy, confident, and beautiful smiles.
